Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist
Lean Six Sigma Certified


Experience:

Revenue Cycle End-to-End Management

Hospital and Physician Practice Billing Experience



Advise and execute strategy goals/KPI objectives for clients, perform contract analysis, optimize training curriculum, and educate the sales team on revenue cycle metrics and best practices

Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, authorization optimization, software cutover processes, and hybrid revenue cycle models

Multi-site and multi-state

Supervisory experience over Billing and Collection associates, including but not limited to Payment Applications, AR, Patient Account Representatives, and 3rd party vendors managing RCM functions
Open to travel



Software: Cerner, Meditech, CPSI, Paragon, DAR/AS400, EPIC, SSI, Assurance, Quadax, and Nthrive
