The Candidate has 13 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience that includes working for a growing Cancer Oncology practice that grew to 11 practices in eight states and working on her Hospital’s integration team monitoring revenue cycle for 37 ambulatory locations and 17 outpatient hospital locations.


Salary requirement is $150k.



-Bachelors in Health Management, State College of Florida.

-Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR).

-Successfully on-boarded 19 practices in 2.5 years demonstrating strong project management and leadership skills.

-Directed and managed Patient Financial Services (PFS) teams in 11 practices across 8 states.

-Strategically planned and executed new acquisition transition implementations.

-Team development of high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

-Assessed and implemented training plans, resulting in a skilled and motivated workforce.

-Authored and revised upwards of 30 SOPs and other training material.

-Hired into a growing Integration team for onboarding of newly acquired ambulatory practices along with integration and monitoring of revenue cycle processes across 37 ambulatory locations as well as 17 outpatient hospital locations.

-AR optimization resulted in 25% increased point of service collections.

-Error reduction rate decreased from 45% to 15%.

-Created Weekly and monthly reports covering payments and denials listing the highest by code and payer and presented in a PowerPoint presentation along with goals of collecting payment.
