A provider licensed in your state works with your students live by video, on contract for the school year or semester. When no one local can be found, the services still happen on schedule.

  • A CCC-SLP mentor who observes and gives feedback, in person or by live video as allowed
  • Provisional license for your state checked before the first session
  • Live sessions, IEP minutes and documentation like any teletherapy SLP
  • A provider licensed or credentialed in your state
  • Live, real-time sessions on a secure video platform your district approves

What Districts Ask Us

Can a clinical fellow work fully remote?
Some states allow it and some limit it, and ASHA's mentoring requirements apply either way. We check your state's rules and the mentoring plan before we propose a remote clinical fellow.
Does a teletherapy provider need a license in our state?
Yes. Providers must hold the license or credential your state requires for students located there. We check it before we propose anyone.
What do we need on our side?
A quiet room or corner, a computer with a camera and headset, reliable internet — and for young students or students with significant needs, an adult nearby who can help, often a para or classroom aide.
How fast can you send candidates?
We send a blinded shortlist of screened candidates within 48 to 72 hours of your request — credentials checked and your screening questions answered.
How does contract staffing work?
Your clinician or teacher works on MedPoint's payroll for the school year, the semester or a set number of weeks. We handle weekly payroll, taxes and workers' comp, and you get one invoice at the agreed rate. If you want to keep them, contract-to-hire and direct hire are available.
