When certified SLPs are scarce, a clinical fellow can carry a caseload while finishing their fellowship. We place CFs on contract for the school year and confirm the mentoring is in place before the first session.

What Districts Ask Us

Who mentors the clinical fellow?
A speech-language pathologist who holds the ASHA CCC-SLP. If your district has one with room on their schedule, they can mentor; if not, tell us and we'll talk through options before we propose a CF.
Can a clinical fellow carry a full caseload?
Yes. Clinical fellows are graduate-trained SLPs completing their fellowship, and many carry full school caseloads with regular mentor observation and feedback.
How fast can you send candidates?
We send a blinded shortlist of screened candidates within 48 to 72 hours of your request — credentials checked and your screening questions answered.
How does contract staffing work?
